RULES of VISA SUPPORT  for "HOTELBOOK» bookings

Visa Support Documents for foreign citizens is free of charge if hotel booking has been 100% prepaid. Visa support is provided strictly for  the dates of the hotel booking (arrival / departure).
For visa support the following clients information is required:
1) full name and surname like shown in the passport
2) date of birth
3) passport number  
4) citizenship

Visa support will be send in scanned form by e-mail. In case if original visa support letter is needed, postage payments will be on customer’s charge.

IMPORTANT!
We may refuse to provide documents for visa support, if the reservation has been made not through Hotelbook and if it is obvious that the booking has been made just to get the visa support documents.
